    Every repair performed by Fixar includes a 1-month warranty on labor and a 3-month warranty on parts. This warranty ensures that:

    • If the same issue occurs within 1 month of the original repair, we will redo the labor at no additional charge
    • Replacement parts installed during the repair are covered for 3 months
    • You receive quality service with lasting results

    What's Covered

    Our warranty covers:

    • Labor: All work performed by our technicians during the original repair
    • Parts: All parts installed during the repair service
    • Same Issue: Any recurrence of the specific problem that was repaired
    • Workmanship: Quality of installation and repair work

    What's Not Covered

    The warranty does not cover:

    • New or Different Issues: Problems unrelated to the original repair
    • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence
    • Third-Party Service: Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Fixar technicians
    • Normal Wear and Tear: Deterioration from regular use over time
    • Acts of Nature: Damage from floods, fires, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
    • Improper Maintenance: Failure to follow manufacturer's care instructions
    • Commercial Overuse: Damage from excessive use beyond typical residential standards

    Manufacturer Warranties

    In addition to our service warranty:

    • Many replacement parts come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 3 months to 1 year
    • We use high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts when available
    • Manufacturer warranty details will be provided at the time of service
    • We can assist with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable

    How to Make a Warranty Claim

    If you experience an issue covered by our warranty:

    Warranty Terms and Conditions

    • Proof of Service: You must provide proof of the original repair service
    • Inspection Required: A technician must inspect the appliance to determine if the issue is warranty-covered
    • Service Call Fee: If the issue is not warranty-covered, the standard $60 service call fee applies
    • Access Required: You must provide safe access to the appliance for warranty service
    • Non-Transferable: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer
